How do the tokens included in my plan work?
Tokens are used whenever the agent performs a task for you. This includes answering development or system health queries, providing on-demand RCAs for alerts or issues, or proactively identifying potential issues in your production system.
What happens if I exceed my token limits in a month?
You can choose to pay-as-you-go at a slightly higher rate per token, or you can upgrade your plan at any point to increase your monthly token limit.
How can I see and manage Herald's usage in my organization?
For Teams and Enterprise plans, administrators can monitor credit usage through the Usage Dashboard.
