#  PagerDuty

Connect your PagerDuty account to give Herald’s SRE agent direct access to your incident data. During investigations, the agent can pull up full incident details — including title, status, priority, and notes — directly from a PagerDuty incident ID or URL.

**The agent can:**

- Fetch incident details (title, description, status, priority, and body notes) by incident ID

| Parameter | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **API Key** | A PagerDuty API key. Create one under **Integrations > API Access Keys** in your PagerDuty dashboard. Use a read-only key when possible. |
| **Subdomain** | Your PagerDuty subdomain (alphanumeric and hyphens only). If your PagerDuty URL is `your-company.pagerduty.com`, enter `your-company`. |

**Optional parameters**
