PagerDuty
Connect your PagerDuty account to give Herald’s SRE agent direct access to your incident data. During investigations, the agent can pull up full incident details — including title, status, priority, and notes — directly from a PagerDuty incident ID or URL.
The agent can:
- Fetch incident details (title, description, status, priority, and body notes) by incident ID
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| API Key | A PagerDuty API key. Create one under Integrations > API Access Keys in your PagerDuty dashboard. Use a read-only key when possible. |
| Subdomain | Your PagerDuty subdomain (alphanumeric and hyphens only). If your PagerDuty URL is your-company.pagerduty.com, enter your-company. |
Optional parameters

| Rules / Instructions | Free-form instructions that guide the agent on how to use this integration (e.g., "Focus on P1 and P2 incidents only"). |
