#  Opsgenie

Connect Opsgenie to give Herald’s SRE agent access to your alert data. During incident investigations, the agent can pull up full alert details to assist with triage and routing.

**The agent can:**

- Fetch detailed alert information by alert ID

| Parameter | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **API Key** | An Opsgenie API key with read access (e.g., `f4f38d73-...`). Create one under **Settings > API key management** in Opsgenie. |
| **Region** | Your Opsgenie region — **US** (`api.opsgenie.com`) or **EU** (`api.eu.opsgenie.com`). |

**Optional parameters**
