Opsgenie
Connect Opsgenie to give Herald’s SRE agent access to your alert data. During incident investigations, the agent can pull up full alert details to assist with triage and routing.
The agent can:
- Fetch detailed alert information by alert ID
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| API Key | An Opsgenie API key with read access (e.g., f4f38d73-...). Create one under Settings > API key management in Opsgenie. |
| Region | Your Opsgenie region — US (api.opsgenie.com) or EU (api.eu.opsgenie.com). |
