New Relic
Connect New Relic to give Herald’s SRE agent real-time access to your observability data. During incident investigations, the agent can query your telemetry using NRQL to surface relevant metrics, traces, and alerts.
The agent can:
- Run NRQL queries against your New Relic account
- Fetch graphs and chart data
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| API Key | A New Relic User API key starting with NRAK-. Create one under API Keys in your New Relic account settings. |
| Account ID | Your New Relic account ID (a positive integer). Find it in the URL when logged in, or under Account settings. |
Optional parameters

| Rules / Instructions | Free-form instructions that guide the agent on how to use this integration (e.g., "Focus on the Production account"). |
