# Chronosphere

Connect Chronosphere to give Herald’s SRE agent real-time access to your observability data. During incident investigations, the agent can query logs and metrics directly from your Chronosphere environment.

**The agent can:**

- Fetch logs using Chronosphere log query syntax
- Query metrics using PromQL (instant and range queries)
- List available metric names

| Parameter | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **API Key** | A Chronosphere API key with read access. Generate one in your Chronosphere dashboard under **Settings > API Tokens**. |
| **Domain** | Your Chronosphere domain (e.g., `myorg.chronosphere.io`). |
