#  Zendesk

Ingest tickets and help center articles from Zendesk to give Herald context from your support history.

| Parameter | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Zendesk Subdomain Name** | The subdomain of your Zendesk account. Enter only the prefix without `.zendesk.com` (e.g., for `runllm.zendesk.com`, enter `runllm`). |
| **Ticket history** | Number of days of ticket history to ingest. |

**Optional parameters**

| Parameter | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Tickets** | If checked, support tickets are ingested. |
| **Articles** | If checked, Zendesk help center articles are ingested. |

Once you hit `Save`, you will be redirected to the Zendesk app installation page. Select the right workspace and install the Herald app; this requires admin permissions.
