Zendesk
Ingest tickets and help center articles from Zendesk to give Herald context from your support history.
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| Zendesk Subdomain Name | The subdomain of your Zendesk account. Enter only the prefix without .zendesk.com (e.g., for runllm.zendesk.com, enter runllm). |
| Ticket history | Number of days of ticket history to ingest. |
Optional parameters

| Tickets | If checked, support tickets are ingested. |
| Articles | If checked, Zendesk help center articles are ingested. |
Once you hit Save, you will be redirected to the Zendesk app installation page. Select the right workspace and install the Herald app; this requires admin permissions.
