Ingest knowledge base articles and support cases from Salesforce Service Cloud to enrich Herald’s understanding of your customer-facing content.

| Parameter                                 | Description                                                                                     |
|-------------------------------------------|-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
| **Ingest Service Cloud Knowledge Base**   | If checked, articles from the Salesforce knowledge base are ingested.                          |
| **Ingest Service Cloud Cases**            | If checked, support cases are ingested.                                                        |
| **Case history**                          | Number of days of case history to fetch. Enter `0` to skip case history.                       |

Once you hit `Save`, you will be redirected to the Salesforce app installation page. Grant Herald the necessary permissions; this requires admin access.
