Ingest knowledge base articles and support cases from Salesforce Service Cloud to enrich Herald’s understanding of your customer-facing content.
| Parameter | Description |

| Ingest Service Cloud Knowledge Base | If checked, articles from the Salesforce knowledge base are ingested. |
| Ingest Service Cloud Cases | If checked, support cases are ingested. |
| Case history | Number of days of case history to fetch. Enter 0 to skip case history. |
Once you hit Save, you will be redirected to the Salesforce app installation page. Grant Herald the necessary permissions; this requires admin access.
