# Plain

Ingest customer support threads from Plain to help Herald learn from your support conversations.

| Parameter           | Description                                                                                                     |

| **Plain API key**   | A Plain API key with read access to your workspace threads.                                                   |
| **Thread history**   | Number of days of thread history to ingest.                                                                   |

| **Tenant IDs**     | Specific Plain tenant IDs to fetch threads from. If left empty, threads from all tenants are ingested.             |
