Ingest customer support threads from Plain to help Herald learn from your support conversations.
| Parameter | Description |

| Plain API key | A Plain API key with read access to your workspace threads. |
| Thread history | Number of days of thread history to ingest. |

| Tenant IDs | Specific Plain tenant IDs to fetch threads from. If left empty, threads from all tenants are ingested. |
