Ingest issues from Linear to give Herald context on ongoing engineering work, bugs, and project status.

| Linear API Key | A Linear API key with read access to your workspace. Create one under Settings > API > Personal API keys. |
| Issue history | Number of days of issue history to ingest. |

| Linear Team IDs | Specific team IDs to ingest issues from. If left empty, issues from all teams are ingested. |
