Ingest support conversations from Intercom to help Herald learn from your customer interactions.

| Parameter | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Workspace app ID** | Your Intercom workspace app ID. You can find this in any Intercom link — for example, if your inbox URL is `app.intercom.io/a/inbox/abc123`, your app ID is `abc123`. |
| **Ticket history** | Number of days of ticket history to ingest. Enter `0` to skip ticket history. |

Once you hit `Save`, you will be redirected to the Intercom app installation page. Select the right workspace and install the Herald app; this requires admin permissions.
