Intercom
Ingest support conversations from Intercom to help Herald learn from your customer interactions.
| Parameter | Description |

| Workspace app ID | Your Intercom workspace app ID. You can find this in any Intercom link — for example, if your inbox URL is app.intercom.io/a/inbox/abc123, your app ID is abc123. |
| Ticket history | Number of days of ticket history to ingest. Enter 0 to skip ticket history. |
Once you hit Save, you will be redirected to the Intercom app installation page. Select the right workspace and install the Herald app; this requires admin permissions.
