#  Google Drive

Ingest files and folders from Google Drive to give Herald access to your team’s shared documents and spreadsheets.

**Optional parameters**

| Parameter | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Google Drive Files or Folders** | Paste Google Drive folder URLs (e.g., `https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/...`) or file URLs (e.g., `https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/...`). If left empty, Herald will ingest all files shared with the connected account. |
| **Search in Subfolders** | If checked, files in nested subfolders will also be ingested. |

Once you hit `Save`, you will be redirected to the Google app authorization page. Grant Herald read access to the relevant files.
