# Freshdesk

Ingest support tickets from Freshdesk to help Herald learn from your customer conversations and resolutions.

| Parameter                | Description                                                                |
|--------------------------|----------------------------------------------------------------------------|
| **Freshdesk API key**    | Your Freshdesk API key. Find this under **Profile Settings > API Key** in your Freshdesk account. |
| **Freshdesk domain**     | Your Freshdesk domain (e.g., `your-company.freshdesk.com`).               |
| **Ticket history**       | Number of days of ticket history to ingest (default: 30).                 |
