Freshdesk
Ingest support tickets from Freshdesk to help Herald learn from your customer conversations and resolutions.
| Parameter | Description |

| Freshdesk API key | Your Freshdesk API key. Find this under Profile Settings > API Key in your Freshdesk account. |
| Freshdesk domain | Your Freshdesk domain (e.g., your-company.freshdesk.com). |
| Ticket history | Number of days of ticket history to ingest (default: 30). |
