The industry figured if there’s AI for coding, then why not for reliability? In response, vendors built agents to replicate how humans handle incidents in production, which ironically means relying on a human to first solve a problem and then write down instructions for agents to follow.

We asked a different question: how can teams get ahead of incidents before they impact customers?

So we built Herald to learn how systems behave, detect early warning signs, and investigate complex issues before they become customer-impacting incidents.
